   I am a fifth generation Texan, and a native Houstonian.  My family and I have lived in The Woodlands for seven years. I am passionate about my job as a Realtor, and always put the needs of my clients first. My husband and I have bought and sold five homes, so I know how stressful, and rewarding, buying and/or selling a home can be.

   I love my job because no two days in real estate are ever the same! Each day brings me new challenges, and new clients to work for! I work with buyers as well as sellers. You can never learn too much about this profession, and there is always something new to learn about my clients.

   In addition to practicing real estate, I also enjoy writing about it. I am a published writer, and a member of the Author's Guild.You can read some of my articles under "real estate articles" on my website. Also listed there I have some other articles by writers whom I feel have written about something worthwhile in the real estate industry. I believe while it's important for me to educate myself, I also need to help educate consumers about what they should know as buyers and sellers.

   I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, and a Certified Home Marketing Specialist. I am also on our Coldwell Banker relocation team for USAA members, and I am a preferred realtor for the Texas Veterans Land Board. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Houston, and a Master's Degree from Houston Baptist University. I have over twenty years experience in sales and recruitment. I am dedicated, determined, and can't wait to meet you..my next client!
